Ingredients:

Medicinal Ingredients (per mL) : 10,000 units Polymyxin B (as Sulfate) and 50 mg lidocaine hydrochloride.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: cupric sulfate, hydrochloric acid, propylene glycol, water.
